Creative Working Lives generated a new project on the theme REVOLUTION.
There a wonderful quote from Iwona Blazwick which says
“ the freedom to mark and erase intimates the freedom needed to change social and cultural structures.”
The creative workshop combined words, visuals and sound and generated work around the theme of revolution- both personal, social and cultural.
We explored the theme of change. and drew on radical and random techniques from the DADA movement to enable fun and spontaneity and the unexpected.
I will add my work to an installation and be involved in a performance which will take place during the REVOLUTION exhibition in the Undercroft in September. A video projection, by Helen Wells, for the exhibition includes some of the work generated.
