This enigmatic work is of very simple form, strong, silent and anchored. For her there is a beauty and an indeterminacy that offers multiple possibilities and interpretations. She has explored the concept of in-between space, between stillness and motion, physical and spiritual; an uncertain space and a point of transition. A place where boundaries dissolve a little and we stand there on the threshold of what we were and of what we are to be. It is a space that we cannot enter physically, only in our intuitive thoughts.
The realm beyond the visible is at the heart of this work and her principal reference. It is filled with questions and doubts, ambiguity and contradictions and does not easily reveal answers.
